Refund and Returns Policy

Return And Exchange Policy:-
Process:
To initiate an exchange or a return, a request should be made with our help
desk within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to the end customer.

Commercials:
A. If the item sent by us is not as agreed by us or a defective piece, we cover
full return charges i.e., refunds will be provided by us for the product along
with a refund for the return shipment cost( Dropshipper must submit proof
which justify the reason)
B. Non-defective returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days and we will credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee.
c. Only the Product amount would be refunded as we do not refund the
shipping and packaging charges paid by you.

Readymade items:
1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
2. Returning Items should contain the tags and packaging as received.
3. Tags should not be removed.
4. There should not be any wear and tear and products should in the same
condition as received by the buyer.

Returns Not Accepted Once Delivered:-

1. Returns in undergarments, Health And Personal Care, Screen Protectors, Mobile Skins, and other products which are of one-time use will be not accepted once delivered.
2. No warranty is offered except branded products.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations requests must be raised via Support ticket from
www.fastifydropshipping.com and the response must state Cancelled.
If the order is shipped in before the cancellation request, the Seller is
responsible to contact its customer.
Before credit can be given, proof of cancellation must be given, proof of
cancellation must be produced and the product should be returned to our warehouse
